Community Education Program

Explore how to take UO courses without formal admission.

Chances are if you’re curious about it, the University of Oregon has a class on it.

Nearly anyone can enroll in regular UO classes through the Community Education Program (CEP). Formal admission is not required and you may register for up to 8 credits per term during fall, winter, and spring terms, more during summer term.

CEP registration begins September 22
CLASSES BEGIN September 24
Last day to register/add classes September 30
Thanksgiving vacation; classes are not in session November 22–23
Final Examinations December 3–7

Winter 2019

CEP registration begins December 24
Last day to register/add classes January 13
Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, no classes January 21
Final Examinations March 18–22

Spring 2019
